No. This retreat is about embracing the feminine and masculine energies in you that create a balanced and fulfilled life and it's about honoring yourself as a sacred expresion of Spirit. We simply use the goddess archetypes as a framework to identify the qualities that create an ordinary sacred life. We have fun conversations, participate in engaging and delightful activities with soul-touching music in the background, and most importantly, we affirm our joy in being women!
Is the discussion about challenging religous institutions or male bashing?
Absolutely not. I honor your personal, individual journey, and I love men!
Is the workshop fun and fast-paced?
YES! It is full of a variety of activities that are simple and engaging.
What kind of women attend?
All ages ~ as young as 23 and as young as 71. And women from all religious backgrounds. All the women have had an open heart and mind and they have all had a wonderful sense of humor! We have a great time sharing laughter and tears, wise words, and fun stories.
